My background consists of working in support roles in logistics, higher education and now recruiting efforts. I have an Associates in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s in Business. I take great pride in working with my clients to bring the best talent to their organization.

Patrick is the owner of Ascend Career Services.He holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s in public administration from Shippensburg University.He spent more than 26 years working for a private-sector human services organization and oversaw multiple residential facilities in five states.These programs serve vulnerable individuals by providing a continuum of treatment and education services.It was the persistent need to find better quality candidates to work in his challenging, fast-paced field that led him to delve deeply into recruiting work throughout his career.Patrick also holds a certificate in Business Law from Cornell University and is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran.
Paris joined Ascend in April 2022 as a consultant, focusing on business development, recruitment marketing, and the hiring process. Prior to transitioning to consulting in 2022, she led global recruiting teams in retail and digital marketing industries. Paris has implemented effective recruiting strategy by being adaptable to the unique needs of every team, while maintaining universal best practices. Recruiting has allowed her to truly impact the culture of organizations without forgetting about the importance of a personalized and thoughtful approach that affects individuals lives and careers.
